Timing has two parts: preparing the package on our side usually takes a few business days, plus consulate or visa-centre processing which depends on the country, season and workload. For the USA the longest wait is usually the interview date. We give real timelines for your destination after the first consultation.
The basic set is similar for most countries: passport, standard photo, proof of funds, accommodation and tickets, travel insurance, and work or study documents. The exact list depends on the country and your situation — we send a personal checklist, not a generic table.
No, and no agency can guarantee it — the consulate decides. We are responsible for what depends on us: correctly filled forms, a complete consistent document pack, timely appointments and interview prep. If we see weak spots in your case, we say so before filing, not after a refusal.
Yes, almost always — for biometrics, and for the USA also for an interview. That part cannot be done for you. Everything else — forms, appointments, correspondence, document checks — we handle.
The consular fee is not refunded if refused — that is a consulate rule, not an agency one. We review the refusal reason when given and advise what to change before re-applying: sometimes you only need more proof, sometimes a pause is wiser. We agree our terms for that case upfront, before payment.
Yes. For a child you also need a birth certificate, and if they travel without one or both parents — a notarised consent to travel. For our kids camps we run the visa track in parallel with trip prep so parents do not manage two separate stories.
